1. Delivery

This website offers a delivery service to customers in mainland UK addresses. We can also deliver to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Orkney and Shetland; Scottish Islands and Highlands, BFPO addresses, or the Republic of Ireland. Delivery to these geographical regions will however incur an additional postage charge. All goods must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over on delivery.
1.2
We take every step possible to ensure goods are delivered within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to circumstances beyond our control. Howleys Ltd shall not be under any liability for delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales under any circumstances.
1.3
Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered or on the date of first attempted delivery by us.
2. Payment
2.1
Payment will be taken from your card once your order has been submitted, dependent upon authorization of your card details and confirmation of stock availability. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that goods are unavailable, you will be informed at the earliest opportunity. If goods have been paid for a full refund will be issued.
2.2
You will be charged at the price advertised on this website at the time we receive your order apart from the following exception:
While we try and ensure the accuracy of all prices on our website, errors invariably occur. If an error in the price of goods you have ordered is discovered, we will inform you at the earliest available opportunity and give you the option of continuing your order at the correct price or cancelling the transaction completely. If we are unable to contact you we will have to treat the order as cancelled. If you wish to cancel the order and the item(s) have been paid for, you will receive a full refund at the earliest opportunity.
2.3
Payment can be made by any credit or debit card and all orders must be placed through our secure shopping cart. Our customer service team will be available in the event that you experience any difficulties.
2.4
Title to any products you order on this website shall pass to you on delivery of the products provided that we have processed and received payment in full for the products.
2.5
The prices shown are in GBP and include VAT (where applicable) at the applicable current rates but exclude delivery charges.
3. Returns, Cancellations and Substitutions
3.1
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on any item is unused and in as-new condition. This is valid from the date the item was purchased from us.
3.2
Occasionally, manufacturers may change, alter or refine product specifications. In this event we will do our best to offer you a substitute of the same or better quality, at the same price. Any replacement item you are unhappy with can be returned to us in accordance with our 30-day money back guarantee. Where applicable, an order may be cancelled in accordance with your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations

All size and measurement specifications supplied are approximate, subject to change and often provided by the manufacturer. However all due care and attention is taken by Howleys Ltd to ensure that these are as accurate as possible.
Distance Selling Regulations
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website for a full refund.
To cancel, you can email us at Toys@Howleys.co.uk within seven working days of delivery of your item(s), quoting your order number. You must take reasonable care of the item(s) and must not use them. Item(s) may be returned to our store, or we can arrange collection free of charge.
